Where was Jesus for the three days between His death and resurrection?
A key entry in the discourse on where Jesus was for the three days in the middle of His death and resurrection is 1 Peter 3:18– 19, which says, "Christ likewise languished once over sins, the upright for the wicked, that he may convey us to God, being executed in the substance yet made alive in the soul, in which he went and declared to the spirits in jail" (ESV). The word soul alludes to Christ's soul. The complexity is between His fragile living creature and soul, and not between Christ's fragile living creature and the Holy Spirit. Christ's substance kicked the bucket, yet His soul stayed alive. Jesus' body was in the tomb, obviously, yet His soul, having withdrawn at His demise (Matthew 27:50), was somewhere else for those three days.
Diminish gives a tad of explicit data about what occurred in those three days between Jesus' passing and restoration. The KJV says that Jesus "lectured" to the spirits in jail (1 Peter 3:19). The Greek word utilized just implies that Jesus "proclaimed a message"; the NIV deciphers it as "made announcement." Jesus endured and passed on the cross, His body being killed. Be that as it may, His soul was as yet alive, and He yielded it to the Father (Luke 23:46). As per Peter, at some point between Jesus' passing and His restoration Jesus made an extraordinary declaration to some detained spirits.
Where were these detained spirits to whom Jesus talked between His demise and restoration? No place in the Bible are we informed that Jesus visited hellfire. The possibility that Jesus went to hellfire so as to proceed with His enduring is deceptive; His enduring finished when He stated, "It is done" upon the cross (John 19:30). The New American Standard Bible says that Jesus went to "Hades" (Acts 2:31), however Hades isn't damnation. Hades is a term that alludes, extensively, to the domain of the dead, a transitory place where the dead anticipate revival. Disclosure 20:11– 15 in the NASB and the NIV makes a reasonable refinement among Hades and the pool of flame. The pool of flame is the changeless, last place of judgment for the lost. Hades is a brief place for both the lost and the Old Testament holy people.
Our Lord Jesus yielded His soul to the Father, kicked the bucket physically, and entered heaven, as He had guaranteed the cheat on the cross (Luke 23:43). Sooner or later between His demise and restoration, Jesus additionally visited a place where He conveyed a message to soul creatures—most likely fallen holy messengers (see Jude 1:6); these spirits were presumably detained in light of the fact that they were by one way or another engaged with an unfortunate sin before the surge in Noah's time (1 Peter 3:20). Subside does not disclose to us what Jesus announced to the detained spirits, however it couldn't have been a message of recovery, since holy messengers can't be spared (Hebrews 2:16). What Jesus announced was most likely an affirmation of His triumph over Satan and his hosts (1 Peter 3:22; Colossians 2:15).
Ephesians 4:8– 10 may provide another insight with respect to Jesus' exercises in the three days between His passing and restoration. Citing Psalm 68:18, Paul says about Christ, "When he rose on high, he took numerous prisoners" (Ephesians 4:8). The ESV puts it that Christ "drove a large group of prisoners." This could allude to an occasion not somewhere else portrayed in Scripture, specifically, that Jesus assembled all the recovered who were in heaven and took them to their lasting staying in paradise. That is, in the wake of anchoring their salvation on the cross, Jesus brought Abraham, David, Joshua, Daniel, the bum Lazarus, the criminal on the cross, and every other person who had recently been legitimized by confidence, and drove them from Hades to their new profound home.
The majority of this is to state that the Bible isn't completely clear what precisely Christ improved the situation the three days between His passing and restoration. From what we can tell, however, He completed two things: He console the left holy people and conveyed them to their everlasting home, and He announced His triumph over the fallen blessed messengers who are kept in jail. What we can be sure of is that Jesus was not allowing anybody another opportunity for salvation; we confront judgment after death (Hebrews 9:27), not another opportunity. Additionally, Jesus was not enduring in hellfire; His work of recovery was done on the cross.

"Women pastors / preachers? Can a woman be a pastor or preacher?"
There is maybe no more fervently discussed issue in the congregation today than the issue of ladies filling in as pastor. Thus, it is critical to not see this issue as men versus ladies. There are ladies who trust ladies ought not fill in as ministers and that the Bible spots confinements on the service of ladies, and there are men who trust ladies can fill in as evangelists and that there are no limitations on ladies in service. This isn't an issue of pettiness or segregation. It is an issue of biblical interpretation.
The Word of God announces, "Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence." (1 Timothy 2:11– 12). In the congregation, God doles out various jobs to people. This is an aftereffect of the manner in which humankind was made and the manner by which sin entered the world (1 Timothy 2:13– 14). God, through the missionary Paul, confines ladies from serving in jobs of instructing as well as having profound specialist over men. This blocks ladies from filling in as ministers over men, which certainly incorporates lecturing them, showing them freely, and practicing profound specialist over them.
There are numerous complaints to this perspective of ladies in peaceful service. A typical one is that Paul limits ladies from instructing in light of the fact that in the main century, ladies were commonly uneducated. In any case, 1 Timothy 2:11– 14 no place makes reference to instructive status. In the event that instruction were a capability for service, the larger part of Jesus' pupils would not have been qualified. A second normal protest is that Paul just confined the ladies of Ephesus from showing men (1 Timothy was kept in touch with Timothy, the minister of the congregation in Ephesus). Ephesus was known for its sanctuary to Artemis, and ladies were the experts in that part of agnosticism—along these lines, the hypothesis goes, Paul was just responding against the female-drove traditions of the Ephesian worshipers of another god, and the congregation should have been unique. Notwithstanding, the book of 1 Timothy no place makes reference to Artemis, nor does Paul notice the standard routine with regards to Artemis admirers as a purpose behind the confinements in 1 Timothy 2:11– 12.
A third complaint is that Paul is just alluding to married couples, not people when all is said in done. The Greek words for "lady" and "man" in 1 Timothy 2 could allude to married couples; in any case, the fundamental significance of the words is more extensive than that. Further, a similar Greek words are utilized in stanzas 8– 10. Are just spouses to lift up blessed turns in supplication without outrage and debating (stanza 8)? Are just spouses to dress unobtrusively, have great deeds, and love God (stanzas 9– 10)? Obviously not. Refrains 8– 10 unmistakably allude to all people, not simply married couples. There is nothing in the setting that would demonstrate a narrowing to married couples in sections 11– 14.
One more protest to this elucidation of ladies in peaceful service is in connection to ladies who held places of authority in the Bible, explicitly Miriam, Deborah, and Huldah in the Old Testament. The facts confirm that these ladies were picked by God for extraordinary administration to Him and that they remain as models of confidence, mettle, and, truly, initiative. Be that as it may, the expert of ladies in the Old Testament isn't pertinent to the issue of ministers in the congregation. The New Testament Epistles present another worldview for God's kin—the congregation, the group of Christ—and that worldview includes an expert structure one of a kind to the congregation, not for the country of Israel or some other Old Testament substance.
Comparable contentions are made utilizing Priscilla and Phoebe in the New Testament. In Acts 18, Priscilla and Aquila are exhibited as reliable pastors for Christ. Priscilla's name is referenced first, maybe demonstrating that she was more unmistakable in service than her better half. Did Priscilla and her better half show the good news of Jesus Christ to Apollos? Indeed, in their home they "disclosed to him the method for God all the more satisfactorily" (Acts 18:26). Does the Bible ever state that Priscilla pastored a congregation or instructed openly or turned into the otherworldly pioneer of an assembly of holy people? No. Supposedly, Priscilla was not engaged with service movement in logical inconsistency to 1 Timothy 2:11– 14.
In Romans 16:1, Phoebe is known as a "minister" (or "hireling") in the congregation and is very praised by Paul. Be that as it may, as with Priscilla, there is nothing in Scripture to show that Phoebe was a minister or an educator of men in the congregation. "Ready to instruct" is given as a capability for seniors, yet not for elders (1 Timothy 3:1– 13; Titus 1:6– 9).
The structure of 1 Timothy 2:11– 14 makes the motivation behind why ladies can't be ministers consummately clear. Stanza 13 starts with "for," giving the "cause" of Paul's announcement in sections 11– 12. For what reason should ladies not educate or have specialist over men? Since "Adam was made first, at that point Eve. What's more, Adam was not the one cheated; it was the lady who was deluded" (stanzas 13– 14). God made Adam first and afterward made Eve to be an "assistant" for Adam. The request of creation has widespread application in the family (Ephesians 5:22– 33) and in the congregation.
The way that Eve was beguiled is likewise given in 1 Timothy 2:14 as an explanation behind ladies not filling in as ministers or having profound specialist over men. This does not imply that ladies are artless or that they are for the most part more effortlessly bamboozled than men. On the off chance that all ladies are all the more effortlessly beguiled, for what reason would they be permitted to show youngsters (who are effectively misled) and other ladies (who are apparently more effortlessly misdirected)? The content essentially says that ladies are not to show men or have profound specialist over men since Eve was cheated. God has given men the essential showing expert in the congregation.
Numerous ladies exceed expectations in endowments of neighborliness, benevolence, educating, evangelism, and helping/serving. A significant part of the service of the neighborhood church relies upon ladies. Ladies in the congregation are not confined from open imploring or forecasting (1 Corinthians 11:5), just from having otherworldly showing expert over men. The Bible no place confines ladies from practicing the endowments of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12). Ladies, the same amount of as men, are called to clergyman to other people, to exhibit the product of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22– 23), and to broadcast the gospel to the lost (Matthew 28:18– 20; Acts 1:8; 1 Peter 3:15).
God has appointed that just men are to serve in places of profound showing expert in the congregation. This isn't on the grounds that men are essentially better instructors or in light of the fact that ladies are second rate or less canny (which isn't the situation). It is basically the manner in which God planned the congregation to work. Men are to set the model in profound authority—in their lives and through their words. Ladies are to play a less legitimate job. Ladies are urged to show other ladies (Titus 2:3– 5). The Bible additionally does not confine ladies from educating youngsters. The main action ladies are confined from is instructing or having otherworldly expert over men. This blocks ladies from filling in as ministers to men. This does not make ladies less essential, using any and all means, but instead gives them a service concentrate more in concurrence with God's arrangement and His gifting of them.

Nathaniel Bassey pleads Christian Men and women to read this article.
Nigerian Gospel artist and Man of God Nathaniel Bassey in his Instagram post urges the Christians in the world to read this advise which he states below.
And just in case you missed the post about his recent album "Jesus the life and Resurrection" click to Download immediately.
Here is the Article:
"I STRUGGLED TO SHARE THIS. But.... On a short prayer walk & exercise this morning, I began to think along these lines very strongly.
Dear Christian young Men (And maybe women) You prayed, sowed seeds, waited on God and worked hard, now He is blessing You. However, You are using that same blessing or money to chase after young ladies (and perhaps other men). Please don’t take God’s grace for granted. He loves you and would always forgive when you ask for his forgiveness. But truth is there are consequences for these actions. Remember how He lifted you. Remember the wife (or husband) of your youth. How you prayed and believed together.
One of the things that happens when you enter into strange women and perhaps mix with strong drinks is that you become open to error. And then you start making a series of wrong and bad decisions that ultimate lead to a plunge.
As we prepare for 2019, please make a decision in your heart, asking for God’s empowering grace that helps us say No to ungodliness and worldly lust to. Non of us can live this Christian life in our strength. But The Holy Spirit helps supply the grace to do so, provided we are sincere, are surrendered and reach out for his help.
Such way is the way of shame and death. And may this not be our portion in Jesus’ name.
This is not a message of condemnation. It’s actually one of GRACE & LOVE. Calling you back to where you belong.
God’s arms are wide open. He has not condemned you. He has actually seen things ahead, hence this message to keep you from falling. Return to the spouse of your youth. Love Him/ Her. And live in joy and peace together.
Also, seek help with your pastor or a mature believe if in need of counsel
May 2019 be for us all one of Greater Glory, and not of shame. In Jesus’ name. May He help everyone of us, myself inclusive and keep us blamesless in His love and Grace till He returns. “I do not write these things to shame you, but to warn and advise you as my beloved children.”
1 CORINTHIANS 4:14 AMP http
Shalom. (By the way, hope you can see that it’s the Apostle of Grace himself speaking in the scripture above. Warning is a New Testament posture of Grace as well🙂)"
